1. No Return Policy

  • All sales made through Agromart are final.
  • We do not accept returns for any products once they have been delivered.
  • This applies to all fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, and PGR products.
  • Opened, used, or unopened products are not eligible for return.

2. No Refund Policy

  • We do not provide refunds once an order has been successfully placed and processed.
  • Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Incorrect product selection by the customer.
    • Change of mind after purchase.
    • Improper usage or application.
    • Crop damage due to environmental or external factors.
    • Delays caused by logistics partners.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product (Exception)

In rare cases where:

  • The product received is physically damaged during transit, or
  • The wrong product was delivered,

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs and invoice details.

Agromart will review the issue and may offer a replacement at its sole discretion. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
